Colors of Flags Giveaway Announcement

Back in May, I announced a fun new sew-along I was helping co-host, the Colors of the Flag Challenge. Today, I super excited to share with you a Giveaway Announcement for this sew-along.

LA Finch Fabrics is a resource to high-quality apparel from the LA Fashion District. Many of their fabrics are from post production ( After designers complete their line for the season.) and are one-of- a kind treasures.

One lucky participant will receive a $50 gift card from La Finch Fabrics

Sewing and Design School 

Ryliss Bod is a veteran sewing teacher who founded Sewing and Design School to provide students will quality sewing instruction.  

Sewing and Design school offers a wide range of courses from beginner to advance.  

One lucky participant will receive a $50 Voucher towards tuition for Sewing and Design School course. 

Dressy Talk 

Russian-born patternmaker Tatiana Anninskaia, founded”Dressy Talk” sewing patterns to provide digital sewing patterns with step-by-step illustrated sewing tutorials for any level of experience in sewing. “Dressy Talk” patterns feature a range of styles and difficulty levels. You’re bound to find something you just got to have πŸ˜‰ 

One lucky participant will receive a free pattern from Dressy Talk patterns. 

Join the Fun 

There’s still a good 3 weeks before our the big reveal so that should be plenty of time to whip something awesome. 

Remember all you have to do to join the fun is to make a dress or outfit that reflects your patriotism or culture. 

Share their makes on their blog, Instagram, and Youtube between July 1 thru the 7th .

Be sure in your posts to use either the #4thofJulyProudDressProject and/or #FlagsOfTheWorldDressProject hashtag in your post.  

Also, remember if you are sharing on Instagram your profile should be public or else we won’t be able to share it in the compilation album.
