This summer has been super busy and it’s still only July. So what have I been up to, well besides working on curriculum for my classes, I took a cake decorating class, at Michaels. It’s been a lot of fun. I was worried to, since I’m not the best of cooks, but my cakes have all turned out really nice.
Since I’m on a diet I haven’t really got to eat any of them, but I have been feeding everybody at work. They all seem to reall like the cakes. I even got a request to make a birthday cake for one of the staff.
Anyways, I took pictures of all my cakes and used photoshop to create a scrap book page. I also made a banana pudding one day and it looked so good I added to my collection of sweets.
I really like making the cakes that I’ve considered doing some freelance cake making, after all I already did a birthday cake at a request. Intrested in a cake let me know.
