Vintage Finds July & August 2016

The last two months have been crazy for us. So many things going on that I plan to share, but I’ll wait for my next post to do that.

In this post however, I wanted to share some of my Vintage Finds for July and August.

Antiquing on a Whim

While we didn’t do much antiquing because of things yet to be revealed, we did take one Saturday afternoon on a whim to hope in the car and take a look at our local antique shops for anything new.

The River City Trading Post is our most frequented antique store as it is not far from where I used to live and luckily it’s still close to my new location. This large antique store is always fun to check out every other week to see what’s new.

One of the local shops we went to was The Pink Lily which as their site says is “An eclectic mix of Past and Present!”. This cute boutique on main street in Jenks has a variety of items. Usually not much catches my eye, but this month I found a few things to take home with me.

Once we hit our local haunts, my hubby suddenly suggested we see what antique store were in Broken Arrow, OK. It was late in the afternoon and only one store was open still open,  My Papa’s Barn. This happened to be a place which a friend of mine suggested I check out. I’m glad we did because it had all sorts of goodies there.

A review of my latest vintage finds (haul) for July 2016.
